Read the terms for scanning English Pokémon cards, using scan credits, and reviewing listing drafts before export.

The service
TradingCardScanner prepares listing drafts from photos of English, ungraded physical Pokémon TCG single cards. It does not authenticate or grade cards, predict prices, connect to eBay accounts, publish listings, or synchronize inventory. Users must review every catalog match and choose the actual condition, finish, selling price, and quantity.
Scan credits
Free accounts receive 10 total trial scans and can upload at most 3 photos per batch. Paid plans are not available for purchase during the free beta. The planned paid tiers are Collector, a $4.99 one-time pack with 100 scans and CSV export; Seller, $9.99 per month with 500 scans; and Pro Seller, $19.99 per month with 2000 scans. When these plans are enabled, monthly credits will expire at the billing-period end and will not roll over. Collector pack credits will not expire.
One new photo reserves one credit. System errors, unreadable photos, and unsupported languages restore that credit. Successfully extracted results that need manual matching consume a credit. Manual corrections and reusing the same photo result in the same account do not consume another credit. Retry and hourly processing limits control repeated provider calls.
Listings and exports
The free beta includes card identification and listing review. CSV export is not available yet and is planned for paid accounts. Saving changed listing fields clears confirmation.
When export is enabled, only confirmed cards can be exported. Standard CSV files contain listing data. eBay draft export requires an official Seller Hub Create Drafts template and a seller-supplied category ID. Sellers must complete photos, category-specific condition fields, shipping, policies, and any other platform requirements. A downloaded CSV does not guarantee acceptance by eBay; review and complete the required fields before importing.
Photos and accounts
Upload photos you are authorized to use. Keep your account credentials private. Do not attempt to access another account's scans or bypass credit limits. Pokémon and other referenced intellectual property remain with their respective owners; this product is independent of Pokémon, Nintendo, and eBay.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Paid purchases are not currently available. The following terms describe billing once paid plans are enabled.
Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled through account Billing settings. Canceling stops the next renewal and keeps access through the paid period. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout. Collector is a one-time purchase. Read the Refund policy for refund requests. A full refund removes the corresponding unused scan credits and purchased export entitlement; partial refunds adjust only that order's credits. Refunding one order does not remove unrelated purchased credits or free trial credits.

Current operating status
